This was created after some tinkering with GIMP artistic filters, may try some more to see what other effects I can get.

    Sotek Going to throw an idea to the wolves and see if you bite. There is a mod I use. It adds pictures to the game. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24439 Have a look. Might pay to see author or give you ideas for yourself.
