Character Build: The Maleficar
The Maleficar is a crazed mage who uses his mastery of magic and reptilian gifts to power his magic through the blood of himself and others. Not only is he able to convert his blood into rare magicka, but he is also able to drain it from his foes in large quantities. His control of blood also extends to manipulating that within others so as to bend them to his will or set it to boiling so as to harm them from within.
