Spent hours searching for a new build to take into Dragonborn and decided to give this one a shot, and so far it really hits the spot! Just what I've been looking for +1

thats a great idea but if you haveing trouble choosing builds dragonborn dlc makes it possible to play almost all the builds with a single character
if their race specific builds just make one character of each race and you can do all the bulds no need to use multiple characters of the same race anymore

Ok, So i REALLY like this build. Although I'm still trying to find a build that doesn't have to invest so much time in enchanting and smithing. Anyways, I was looking at this and I realized that I didn't see the heath/magicka/stamina spread. Did I overlook it or is that at player discretion?

It's pretty discretionary. Really, you don't *need* points in any of them. I believe the earlier drafts of this write-up said something to that effect, but I trimmed a few paragraphs to make it more concise, and that was probably among the cut material.
I think I did something like 0M:2H:1S, but really, go wild. If you find effective shout combos, you basically won't be taking damage (and when you do, you have a bunch fo resources to heal/protect yourself). Since I mostly used Elemental Fury, I tended to avoid power attacks, so Stamina was only useful for sprinting (which can be done infinitely anyway, thanks to Become Ethereal being potentially spammable).

The Ebony Armor + Nightingale Hood Combo looks so nice. Endless shouts and a big 2-handed sword = ultimate dragonborn . I so have to play this.
I have one question/proposal concerning your build though. Since you obviously have no problem using glitches to get 5 pieces of enchanted gear to get close to 100 % shout time reduction why don't you just do it like this:
I'm working on a character build to get zero cooldown shouts too but he uses only a few shouts and i've learned a few things. Only use this glitch for special occasions like this and not weapon or destruction damage since this makes the game incredibly boring. Also don't do it all at once. Do a little bit when you have some ingredients and just keep the last potion you made so you don't have to restart the loop when you continue. This gives you a nice feeling of progression like as the Revakriid slowly masters the art of shouting and doesn't eliminate the use of Talos blessing at first. You could see the Alchemy loop as a sort of repeated drugged meditation over the words of power.
I don't want to interfere with your build. It's awesome as it is but it jut got me so excited and i thought maybe you like the ideas .
