    Finn the Human

I'm no wuss! I'm the hero around these parts!

    Concept:

In case you haven't figured it out yet, this build is based around Finn the Human, from the television show Adventure Time.  Rather than trying to recreate the 13-year old Finn, which would be really hard to pull off with the standard character appearance tools, this is based on an adult Finn.  Whether or not you want to mentally roleplay as the actual Finn from the actual Land of Ooo, possibly flung to Skyrim through some kind of magical portal, is entirely up to you, but his skills and personality are perfectly suited to the land of heroes, villains, and dragons that is Skyrim.  He isn't exactly the wisest of heroes, but no one can deny that he's brave, righteous, and a nearly unstoppable force for good.

Race: Obviously, human.  It's right there in his name.  Nord works best, not just in terms of skills, but also appearance and racial traits.  The nord resistance to frost fits with his constant fighting with a certain lunatic ice wizard, and Finn's occasionally-demonstrated ability to shout monsters into submission meshes nicely with the nord's ability to send enemies running away soiling themselves in fear just by yelling.

Stats: Health 1 / Stamina 1 until Stamina reaches 200, then Heath 2 / Stamina 1.  Finn is best described as ludicrously tough and energetic, and high health and stamina are the obvious ways to represent this.

Standing Stone:  Warrior until you feel you've leveled up enough, then Lord.  Or just Warrior the entire way.  I'm not the boss of you.

    Primary Skills and Perks:

Two-handed:  Everything except Devastating Blow, Limbsplitter, and Skullcrusher.

Light Armor:  As pretty much the only thing keeping Finn's insides on the inside, sink anything you can into Light Armor perks that help you stay alive.

    Secondary Skills and Perks:

Speech:  Despite fighting like a barbarian, Finn isn't one.  His sincerity and sympathetic nature make him very likeable, though not exactly diplomatic.  Given his popularity with the princesses of his homeland of Ooo, I recommend at least getting the Allure perk.  If you feel like investing the perks, taking the right side up to Intimidate would also be appropriate.

Block:  Shields are for chumps, but smacking evil wizards in their wizard-faces is mathmatical.  Finn's highly aggressive fighting style will likely feature a lot of bashes tossed in between mighty swings of his sword.  Quick Reflexes is very handy, but not required if you're skilled enough to not need it.

Smithing:  A hero needs to be able to take care of his sword.  Arcane Blacksmith is almost mandatory, given how many cool magic greatswords are out there. The light armor side of the skill tree will be extremely helpful, though you could just as easily rely on weapons and armor found in dungeons.

Restoration:  Though healing magic isn't exactly something Fin is known for, using basic healing between fights can help represent his unwavering refusal to quit.  Ever.  Even when quitting is obviously the smart choice.  As something used between fights, Restoration doesn't need any perks, though it will likely end up a fairly high still through frequent use.

    Equipment:

Finn uses big swords, because that's what heroes use.  He's tried out heavy armor before, but it's too slow and cumbersome.  Unfortunately, there just aren't any armor or clothes that looks like Finn's outfit without resorting to mods, unless you count "being blue" as close enough (I don't). This leaves us picking armor that looks like something he would wear, rather than trying to match an outfit exactly.  Light armor other than Elven and Glass have the right look.  The only piece of armor that's really thematically vital is either the Gloves of the Pugilist or a piece of equipment with same enchantment.  Finn loves punching bad guys.

Unlike armor, there are several greatswords that work very well.  The Bloodskal blade is perfect.  A big magic sword, found in an ancient dungeon, that shoots lasers?  Awesome.  Nordic and Dragonbone greatswords also have the right look, and have the benefit of letting Finn pick out his own enchantment.

Finn's preferred enchantments are ones that that fortify health and stamina, as well as ones that grant resistance to magic or increase his armor skill.  A ring or necklace with a powerful Carry Weight enchantment can be carried in reserve, for when a dungeon ends up being unexpectedly rewarding.

    Followers:

Meeko isn't as awesome as Jake, but he'll do.  Save often so you can reload when he dies, or let your family adopt him.  Being righteous and kind, Finn is going to end up adopting as many of those helpless orphans as he can, and having an awesome dog at home will help keep them safe. If you really want to stick as close to the source material as possible, Serana could be a stand-in for Marceline.

    Quests:

The Companions, likely choosing to cure yourself at the end.  The companions are a band of warriors, and Finn loves putting his fighting skills to the test.  He also helps people who need it, so you're going to end up on a lot of side quests.  Quests such as In My Time of Need (siding with the probably-righteous Sadia) play along with his heroic nature.

    Combos and Attacks:

Heroic Pummelling  Unrelenting Force ->  Great Critical Charge -> Sweep or Warmaster.  A mighty warcry to stagger your foe, followed by a charging attack and either a wide swing to strike down a horde of opponents or an attempt to cripple a single villainous foe.

Wink!  Whirlwind Sprint -> Repeated Bashes.  A true hero knows when to use teamwork.  Whirlwind sprint allows Finn to get behind his enemy extremely quickly, forcing his foe to turn their back to Finn's allies. Speed is key, or Finn's ally might attack too soon and attract attention to themselves instead of Finn.  Once he has the villain's attention, Finn starts busting them in the chops to let Meeko chew their buns off.  This is more effective with Disarming Bash, but the perk isn't really needed for the plan to work.

I think this is a good build, also what shouts should he use?

I mostly used the ones that aren't directly offensive, like Disarm or Elemental Fury.  I also made extensive use of Throw Voice to insult people as more of an RP thing.
